Chester, 09 April 2025 – Mainetti, a global leader in retail packaging solutions, is reinforcing its commitment to customer-centric product innovation with the launch of its new Design and Innovation Centre in Chester, UK. This pioneering hub will accelerate product development, enhance manufacturing capabilities and advance Mainetti’s sustainability initiatives. This milestone follows the expansion of Mainetti’s paper hanging division, strengthening its commitment to circular design and supporting the broader strategy to better serve global customers.

Equipped with the latest CAD technology, 3D printers and laser cutters, the state-of-the-art facility allows Mainetti to conceptualise, refine and perfect packaging solutions before production. This enables quick iterations to improve ergonomics and durability, accelerating market entry while optimising material usage. By assessing strength, flexibility and biodegradability, customers can create packaging that protects products and reduces environmental impact, ensuring efficiency and recyclability.
