Mainetti Acquires Reca Group

The Mainetti Group, is proud to announce the acquisition of Reca Group, the worldwide leader in the apparel labelling and packaging market.

Reca was founded in 1960 by Carlo Diacci in Carpi, in the province of Modena, Italy. Over the years, the Diacci family has steadily expanded Reca’s presence throughout Europe, Hong Kong, China and the US.

Gabriele Bosco, European Regional Director of the Mainetti Group commented that “the acquisition of Reca Group complements the recent Mainetti / FVG partnership, and not only further expands our product offering in labels and hangtags, but brings world leading design and creativity to the wider Mainetti Group”.

Paolo Diacci, the former President of Reca Group, who will continue to lead the company’s business as General Manager, said “Reca is known for its design and creativity, and in joining Mainetti, we will be able to serve the market better by offering our products and services on a truly global scale”.
