Chief Executive Officer
Roberto Peruzzo first joined Mainetti Italy in 1987 as a Production Manager. During his time at Mainetti, he has held several critical roles encompassing general management, technology, and product development. He was intimately involved in establishing production and marketing operations in several European countries. In 2003, he joined the board of Mainetti (SpA) Italy and was appointed Regional Director for Continental Europe.
In 2007 he was relocated to New Jersey and was appointed Regional Director of the Americas and has managed the reorganization and development of the Group’s businesses on both continents. Under his leadership, the Group completed major acquisitions in the U.S. and established a new operation in Brazil.
In 2016, he was appointed as Global Head, Hangers; and in February 2019, following the retirement of Bala Balakrishnan, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Roberto has a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padua, Italy.

ROBERT DENNERLEIN
Chief Financial Officer
Robert Dennerlein joined Mainetti in 2018 after serving as Chief Financial Officer of Internap Corporation (INAP), a NASDAQ provider of high-performance data center services.
He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has more than 30 years of experience in capital raising, M&A, and turnarounds across multiple industries. These include manufacturing, consumer products, and technology. He also has served as a CFO in private equity-sponsored, publicly listed, and private companies. Additionally, he is a CPA with membership in AICPA, NJSCPA and FEI.
Bob has a BS in Accounting and an M.S. in International Business from Seton Hall University in New Jersey, USA.
JEFFREY HSU
Global Head – Hangers & Regional Director – Americas
Jeffrey Hsu began his career in the American consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries before joining A&E Plastics in 2004. When Mainetti Group acquired A&E Plastics in 2006, he was key to the integration and management of the Group’s regional operations in North and Central America.
In 2010, he relocated to Hong Kong as the Executive Vice President – Far East. In 2019, he assumed the role of Regional Director – Americas, Business Development & Operations with responsibility for the operations of the Region and liaising with the global supply chain. In June 2020 he was appointed Global Head – Hangers in addition to his responsibilities as Regional Director.
Jeff is certified in Six Sigma and Lean and holds a BS from Brown University, USA.
PAUL WITHERS
Global Head – Packaging
Paul Withers first joined Mainetti UK in 1987 having previously worked in the UK aerospace and defense industry.
During his time at Mainetti, he has held several senior executive positions covering operations, general management, sales and marketing, and licensee operations.
From 2003 to 2008, he served as the Regional Director of Asia. During that time, Mainetti underwent rapid expansion in the region, with several new factories coming online, most notably in China. In 2008, he was appointed Chief Operations Officer, and has driven greater efficiency, sustainability, compliance, and quality across all the Group’s operations. In 2013, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Techstar, the packaging division, and moved into his current role of Global Head – Packaging in 2016.
He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK.
KEITH CHARLTON
Chief Operations Officer
Keith Charlton joined Mainetti UK in 2000 as Factory Manager. During his time with the Group, he held senior management positions in several countries.
In 2006, he was appointed Regional Director – Northern Europe. In 2016, he was appointed as the Group’s Director of Operations and Supply Chain with responsibility for Manufacturing, Reuse, Supply Chain, Quality, and Health and Safety. Keith is currently the Group’s Chief Operations Officer.
He is a member of the Institute of Directors and a graduate member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. He has also received the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
Keith holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with Management from Nottingham Trent University, UK.
SRIDHARAN BALAJI
Regional Director – Africa, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent & Global Director – HR
Sridharan Balaji joined Mainetti India in 2001 as Vice President, Finance, where he was actively involved in establishing multiple production and service facilities and improving the supply chain efficiencies in the region.
In 2017, he was appointed Regional Director, responsible for Group operations in Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian subcontinent. In May 2019 he was appointed Global Director – Human Resources in addition to his responsibilities as Regional Director.
He is a Certified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA.
RENÉ BEELEN
Regional Director – North Europe
René Beelen first joined Mainetti Netherlands in 1994 as a production manager. During his time at Mainetti, he managed factories in The Netherlands and China and was intimately involved in various international group projects.
After spending 4 years in China he was relocated in 2013 to The Netherlands managing the Benelux operations. Beside this responsibility he was also the driving force in expanding the reuse and recycling activities in continental Europe.
In 2018, he was appointed Managing Director of Mainetti Benelux and in July 2020, he was appointed Regional Director North Europe.
René followed broad mechanical engineering education complemented with operational management at CBT institute in Arnhem.
MICHELLE BOON
South East Asia General Manager & Global General Manager, Flexible Packaging
Michelle Boon joined the logistics staff for Mainetti Malaysia in 1997, and eventually was promoted to Commercial Manager, tasked with leading the sales team in South East Asia. When Mainetti Group expanded its footprint in Vietnam in 2004, she relocated to Ho Chi Minh City. In 2008 she was appointed General Manager for Vietnam.
In 2012, she became the South East Asia General Manager, responsible for owned and licensee operations in the region.
In 2019, she also took on the additional role of Global General Manager, Flexible Packaging.
Michelle has a degree in Hospitality Management from Stamford College in Malaysia.
GABRIELE BOSCO
Global General Manager – Structural Packaging
Gabriele Bosco joined Mainetti in 2000 as General Manager of Mainetti Tecnologie, the Group’s Technical and Research and Development division.
Prior to Mainetti, he worked in various technical and managerial roles within the automation industry. Following the merger of Mainetti Tecnologie and Mainetti (SpA) Italy in 2005, he was appointed General Manager of the newly expanded entity. In this role, he was responsible for multiple business functions including design, product development, and engineering solutions.
In 2007, he was appointed to the role of Regional Director for Continental Europe.
In 2019, he became Global General Manager of Structural Packaging.
Gabriele holds an MBA from Vicenza High University in Italy.
A. BOUZOUBAA
REGIONAL DIRECTOR – MOROCCO
Azzeddine Bouzoubaa has been with Mainetti since 2003, and currently serves as Regional Director.
He spent his early career at Universal Press in Italy where, from 1984 to 1988, he was responsible for leading the sales team. He returned to Morocco in 1988 and worked for Ciba Geigy. In 1991 he established Smacoplast, a company that produced garment hangers and accessories for the local Moroccan market and export.
ANDREA RIGOLON
REGIONAL DIRECTOR – SOUTH EUROPE & GLOBAL STRATEGY MANAGER – RECA MAINETTI
Andrea Rigolon joined Mainetti in early 2021 as Regional Sales Director, South Europe. Soon after, Andrea was assigned the additional role of Global Strategy Manager for Reca Mainetti.
In 2022, he was appointed Regional Director – South Europe, responsible for Mainetti’s Italian, Spanish, and German businesses, as well as French premium and luxury brands.
Andrea has many years of commercial management experience, having worked with leading companies in Europe and around the world. Prior to Mainetti, he managed sales for the Automotive division of Dani S.p.A.
Andrea has a degree in Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
NICK CRANSTON
Sales and Marketing Director – UK
Nick Cranston joined Mainetti UK in 1994 as Sales Manager after a stint with Marks and Spencer where he gained valuable understanding of fashion retail. He continues to play an important role in developing the UK and EU global business.
Nick spent several years in Hong Kong as Sales Director – Asia before moving to the Netherlands in 2011 to successfully develop the Group’s presence in Europe, securing a number of strategic global accounts.
In addition to serving as Sales and Marketing Director for the UK operation, he also oversees sales to global retailers in the EU region.
Nick holds a Business Studies and Marketing degree from Napier University in Scotland.
JULIE FORSYTHE
Group Finance Director
Julie Forsythe joined Mainetti UK in 2002 as a Management Accountant.
During her time at Mainetti, she has held several finance roles, including Internal Auditor and Group Accountant. She has been integrally involved in improving the standardization and timing of all group activities.
In 2016, she was appointed Group Finance Executive and plays a key role in all strategic financial management and control.
Julie is qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant.
JEYAM PERUMAL
Regional Director – Sri Lanka
Jeyam Perumal began his career at KPMG as a Senior Accounting and Management Professional. He also served as a Director for companies that specialized in apparel, plastics, printing, and biscuits & confectionery. He is currently on the Board of a leading development bank in Sri Lanka.
He joined Mainetti in 1993 as Managing Director of Mainetti Sri Lanka and has been responsible for the development and expansion of the Group in the Indian Subcontinent, establishing Mainetti Bangladesh in 2001.
Jeyam has a diploma in injection molding from Boston University, USA, and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
STEVE REGINO
Regional Director – Americas
Steve Regino has more than 40 years of experience in the apparel industry. He began his career in 1978 as an owner of a trim company located in New York City. Between 1999 and 2006, he worked for A&E Plastics, and later with Randy Hangers in senior sales management positions.
Following Mainetti Group’s acquisition of Randy Hangers in 2006, he headed the Group’s U.S. sales team and played an important role in expanding U.S. global sales over the next 10 years. In 2017, he was appointed Deputy Regional Director – Americas and, in 2019, assumed the title of Regional Director – Americas, Sales & Marketing. He is responsible for the global U.S. destination sales of hangers, packaging, labels, and RFID.
Steve holds an MBA in Marketing from New York University, USA.
PAUL TAI
Regional Director – Far East
Paul Tai joined Mainetti in 1996 as part of the Group’s acquisition of Pendy Plastic Products. In 1998, he was appointed General Manager of the Group’s Singapore operation. In 2000, he became Financial Director for Mainetti – Far East.
Paul was appointed Regional Director – Far East in 2008 and has expanded Mainetti’s supply chain with strong manufacturing plants and sales offices in China, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Australia.
Paul received the Hong Kong Young Industrialist Award in 2012 and was the President of the Hong Kong Young Industrialists Council in 2021/22. He is a Chartered Accountant, Singapore and UK, and a Certified Public Accountant, Hong Kong. Paul holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
